CANCELATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY (Please Read(: ) *These fees apply at times* - 48 HOURS OR LESS we will keep the deposit. - 24 HOUR NOTICE we will keep your deposit along with a 50% service charge - NO SHOWS OR SAME DAY CANCELATIONS will be charged 90% of the service fee and your deposit will be lost. STRICT 15 MINTUE LATE POLICY Please make sure when you book your appointment, you are positive you can make it at the time you booked. We recommend trying to be to your appointment early because If you are more than 15 minutes late it will be counted as a no show and you will be charged 90% of the service since we are usually booked back to back *ALL LATE & CANCELATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE* Please let us know if you have to cancel and we will work with you the best we can but we have these in place to keep our business afloat.
